The Bernese community, its fanciers, clubs, breeders, exhibitors and companion dog owners who
support the BMDCA Health Fund goals have generously donated items for bid.
All items are subject to a starting bid. We reserve
the right to remove any item at any time. All sales are final. No warranties are made with respect to the value or quality of the
merchandise or services auctioned. Any additional restrictions are listed on the bid sheet identifying the specific item or included
in the descriptions provided by our auctioneer.
Items up for bidding in the Silent Auction will be numbered and will have starting
bids listed on the Item Bid Sheet. For any items you wish to bid on, print your name, phone number and bid amount. As bidding will
take place throughout the evening, be sure to continually check the items you have bid on. Each bid must

of items from the Live Auction may pick up their items after the bidding has been completed for their specific items. Personal checks,
credit cards and cash will be accepted for payment. It is each winning bidder’s responsibility to remove all items by the close
of the auction. The 2008 BMDCA Health Fund Auction will not be responsible for items left behind at the event. Items are
purchased and sold "as is" and the winning bidder assumes all responsibility and liability. Please follow instructions given by volunteers
